Amended COVID-19 Guidelines and Masking Protocols

Below you will find the Amended Guidelines [07/09/2020] incorporating our decision to move into Phase Two of our Recovery Plan; also the new Face Covering/Masking and Social Distancing Protocols, which are attached to the Amended Guidelines as Appendix 3.  These protocols have been updated to generally require that all court employees and personnel wear face coverings or masks in any indoor location and maintain six-foot social distancing. Masks may be removed temporarily during in-court proceedings, at the discretion of the judicial officer, when removal is necessary to effectively conduct the proceedings provided six-foot social distancing can be maintained.
