Effective immediately, attorneys who wish to be generally admitted to the Middle District of Pennsylvania Court should follow the instructions on the Notice, which is the first page of the Admission Petition, to electronically file this request. The attorney seeking general admission must obtain e-filing privileges through PACER for our Court, complete the Petition, and file it in the case in which they are seeking General Admission (case numbers are listed on the Notice). To file the Petition, log into ECF, click on Civil, then click on “Other Documents” and select the “Petition for General Admission in PAMD” event. During the filing of the Petition, the attorney will be prompted to enter their credit card information for the fee associated with this filing. Once the Petition has been filed, the attorney will be contacted with further information regarding their ceremony.
