- When calling to reserve a hotel, you MUST ask for the government rate and notify them it is also tax-exempt.
- When checking in at the hotel ALL jurors MUST present their summons and Tax-Exempt form in order to obtain the government rate.
- To obtain a printable tax-exempt form, please contact the jury clerk at your reporting location.
***IMPORTANT***
You MUST turn in your hotel receipt to the Jury Clerk at check-in for reimbursement.
If obtaining a hotel would create a financial hardship, please contact the jury clerk for your division.
When making your reservation, you must book directly with the hotel. Do not use 3rd party vendors, to secure your reservation. If you have a problem finding a room please contact the jury clerk.
