The United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania continually monitors the most current guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO), as well as with the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of Epidemiology (PADOH) regarding the COVID-19 virus (Coronavirus). This information is used to formulate the policies and procedures found herein and provide guidance for us to continue our mission toward the administration of justice.
