STANDING ORDER

         AND NOW, this 16th day of June, 1999, in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 1998, the court hereby designates the Clerk of Court to coordinate the court's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) programs.  This shall include the implementation, oversight and evaluation of the court's alternative dispute resolution practices and procedures as well as recruitment, screening and training of attorneys to serve as mediators, neutrals and arbitrators in the court's sanctioned ADR programs.
