ORDER

         Upon unanimous vote of the Middle District Board of Judges, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT employees of the district and bankruptcy courts for the Middle District of Pennsylvania shall refrain from participating, either directly or through family members or friends, in the Chicago Mercantile Exchange's futures trading based on the Quarterly Bankruptcy Index ("QBI").
