It appearing that the Dickinson School of Law's Disability Law Clinic (1) is a law school clinical practice program for three credits per semester, (2) provides its law student with academic and practice advocacy training, (3) accepts compensation other than from clients, and (4) secures and maintains professional liability insurance for its activities and has filed a certificate of such insurance with the Clerk of Court, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Dickinson School of Law's Disability Law Clinic is certified by this court under Middle District Student Practice Rule LR 83.19.
