STANDING ORDER
O R D E R
NOW, THIS 11th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2000, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Standing Order of Reference entered under Misc. No. 82-205 is VACATED.
2. In accordance with the Standing Order of Reference entered on July 26, 1984 under Misc. No. 84-0203, the Bankruptcy Judges of this District are authorized to perform the duties to the full extent set forth in 28 U.S.C. § 157, including authorization to enter final orders or judgments in non-core cases with the parties' consent as set forth in 28 U.S.C. § 157(c)(2). In non-core cases where the parties do not consent to a bankruptcy judge entering final orders or judgments, a bankruptcy judge shall submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law to the district court, and any final order or judgment shall be entered by the district judge after considering the bankruptcy judge's proposed findings and conclusions and after reviewing de novo those matters to which any party has objected, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 157(c)(1). With respect to the non-core cases in which the parties consent to having a bankruptcy judge issuing
final orders and judgments, review of the final judgment or final order entered by the bankruptcy judge shall be in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 158(a).
