NOTICE

During a recent upgrade to the ECF system, a new screen appears when attorneys link themselves to the party they are representing in a case. There are two check boxes, Lead and Notice. The Notice box has a check mark in it and the Lead box does not. The Notice box MUST BE check-marked. NEVER remove the checkmark from this box. If you do, you will not receive any notices from ECF. The Lead box should only be check-marked if you are the lead attorney for the party you are representing.
