The ECF/PACER system will no longer support Netscape Navigator beginning March 1, 2008, due to Time Warner's AOL ending the development and technical support of their Netscape Navigator browser.

To avoid potential security risks, we recommend that all ECF/PACER users of Netscape Navigator switch to a current version of Internet Explorer or Firefox, both of which are available for free download from the respective vendor’s Web site.
