Directions:

FROM NORTHERN PENNSYLVANIA

Take U.S. Route 15 South to U.S. Route 220 North/Interstate 180 East Route 15 South follows the same path). Exit Route 15 South/I-180 at Hepburn Street (Exit 27B), and stay to the left while on the ramp. Be careful at the bottom of the ramp: There is a traffic light immediately around the bend. Continue to the second light and turn right onto W Third Street. The U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building is 1/2 block on the left. Continue one block to public parking garage at 115 W Third Street (large green "PARK" sign in front) - right side of street and directly across from the Trade and Transit Centre.

FROM WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA (using U.S. Route 220)

Follow Route 220 North to Williamsport. Exit Route 15 South/I-180 at Hepburn Street (Exit 27B), and stay to the left while on the ramp. FROM SOUTHERN/CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA

Take U.S. Route 15 North to Williamsport. On crossing the bridge from South Williamsport into the City of Williamsport, stay in the left lane, following the sign to the downtown business district. You will enter town on Market Street. At the second light turn left onto W Fourth Street. Continue on W Fourth Street for three more blocks/lights. At third light (City Hall will be on your left), turn left onto Hepburn Street (i.e. the right-hand of the two streets to the left, not the sharp left). Turn left at the first light onto W Third Street. The U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building is 1/2 block on the left. Continue one block to public parking garage at 115 W Third Street (large green "PARK" sign in front) - right side of street and directly across from the Trade and Transit Centre.
 

FROM NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA

State Route 118: Take Route 118 West to Route 220 South/I-180 West. In Williamsport, take the Basin Street/Lewisburg Route 15 South/Business District exit #26. Go straight at the bottom of the ramp. At the third light (Hepburn Street, just past Wegman’s supermarket), go right. Make a right at the first light onto W Third Street. The U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building is 1/2 block on the left. Continue one block to public parking garage at 115 W Third Street (large green "PARK" sign in front) - right side of street and directly across from the Trade and Transit Centre.

Interstate 80: Take I-80 West to the exit for U.S.15 North (one exit past I-180), then follow the directions above for Southern/Central Pennsylvania.

FROM SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA
Take the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 35. Take Interstate 80 West to the exit for U.S. Route 15 North (one exit past I-180), then follow the directions above for Southern/Central Pennsylvania.
