OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE LOCAL RULES OF COURT OF THE U.S. DISTRICT COURT FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF PENNSYLVANIA TO BECOME EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2009

The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania has adopted amendments to the Local Rules of Court effective December 1, 2009.
