| There is a known issue with
the number of 'free looks' that any registered ECF account
may have.
If there are more than two people noticed from a single user account, the first two people who look at a document will get the free look. Subsequent users who try to view the same document will be prompted for a PACER log-in and password and will be charged PACER fees for viewing the document. We are working to resolve the issue. To avoid PACER charges until the problem is resolved, the first person to view a document should save the document to their system and distribute it internally within their office. |
