name to view an online version of a form. Click Download after
the form name to save a copy of a WordPerfect version of the form to your
computer. You may also right-click a download link and select Save Link Target As... [Netscape] or Save Target As... [Internet Explorer] from the pop-up menu. Please note that for PDF files with interactive form fields, you must save the completed form/file with a new file name to retain the entered information. |
