and Arlen Specter invite all persons interested in being
considered for appointment to the position of Federal
District Court Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania
to obtain and submit an application that can be found on
each Senator’s website:

http://specter.senate.gov/.
This questionnaire must be
completed and returned to both Senators in Microsoft Word
format by email to
Judge.APP MDPA@specter.senate.gov
and
www.casey.senate.gov/judicial
no later than March 2, 2010. Applicants will be contacted to
arrange for interviews. Senators Casey and Specter will be
advised and assisted in this process by several leading
members of the bar and other Pennsylvania citizens.
